• Housekeeping Notes :: Short Break

Embellish is currently taking a break through January.  No worries, we will be back with the next magazine issue, publication call, and more challenges.  There may be some changes to the blog and challenges, but please know that Embellish will still be an inspirational source.

Regarding the next issue, it will be published and revealed next year. We will be promoting it, so it will not be a secret and you will definitely know! We are currently re-designing a new web site and platform that will be able to handle subscription management a little better. We received such a great response from the Premiere Issue, that we had to make some changes (for the better) for our subscribers. All current subscribers will be notified and will receive access to the Premiere Issue on the new web site. You will have to follow instructions on how to access the issue and then you can purchase the second “Buttons” issue! The next issue will represent how a true e-zine operates, so the it will surely be worth the wait! Embellish is operated by a team of three members who also have full-time careers; therefore, only after-work time is completely dedicated to Embellish. It’s amazing that this magazine is completed by this small team!

Thanks for your support! We have a few new things planned for 2011 and need to take this time to organize them accordingly. Have a Happy New Year and we’ll see you soon!

Congratulations, Geri! Your holiday card was a big hit with the design team.  Please, click contact us with your mailing address, so your My Time Made Easy stamps can be shipped to you next week!  There were so many great designs for this challenge, again, you all made it so difficult to highlight some of the top six designs.  Great job to the ladies featured.  We also like to send a shot out to all of our participants in this challenge.  It was great to see you all were willing to step a little bit out of the traditional holiday color combination and get into the spirit of the season!  Thanks so much for your participation and support in the challenge.  We had a great time perusing all of the projects.

Please check back next week for a special posting regarding the upcoming Embellish Buttons magazine issue and news of our short break.  It will explain a few things you may have asked yourself or myself (Ashley)!
